Hardest Laugh
In college, a famous comedian (I probably shouldn't name him so i don't get sued) randomly came through my fraternity house after a show on campus, stopped by my room and started making fun of my roommate, (which was hilarious in itself, because that was one of my favorite things to do) and then smashed someone's vacuum (don't know where he got it) on the wall.  Trust me, I am not making this up.

Over!  Is there any other way?

Favorite Movie

Favorite Drink
White Russian

Going To Extremes
Once I tried to start a smoothie company in Slovenia without knowing any Slovene

The Passion
I am very passionate about food - I cook, and love to travel and immerse myself in other cultures especially by enjoying their cuisine.  I am also fond of architecture and history.  So this business is a combination of all 3.  Pretty great.

The Lesson
Believe in yourself and your business.  If you don't, you won't make it.

Just whatever you do, don't get in a boxing match with Jeff.  Word on the street is he instantly drops the gloves and switches over to TP knuckles.

Jeff- I’ll take one of your tours, but you have to be the guide and wear the gloves :) just kidding! this seems really fun, what make you want to start up a food tour company??

For you, Stacy i’ll wear them :)

To answer your question, I really love food, and apart from starting my own restaurant (of which I have no experience), this was the next best thing. I enjoy being an entrepreneur as well! There is a satisfaction you get when you make an idea into a profitable business.

Lee- Glad you remember a bit of the craziness as well. That comedian was pretty much everywhere that night. I seem to remember hearing he ended up spending the night on a couch in a certain sorority’s formal room. but i cannot verify
