The Resolution To Make The First Million

Over the years, I have had the honor to consult a countless number of entrepreneurs. During this time I have noticed one reoccurring challenge. Every entrepreneur who is struggling to achieve the first million in revenue is missing the exact same thing. They are failing to make a resolution.

It is that time of year after all. And so many of us entrepreneurs jump on the opportunity, but we don’t make resolutions we make decisions. And that's bad. Decisions are simply a choice of an action to take. But a resolution is the commitment to actually do it.

So if you have decided to make your first million, I am here to tell you that is not enough. It is kinda like deciding to join the gym. It’s great and all, but the decision alone will do nothing for you. You will still sit on that couch, until the moment you actually resolve to workout.

If you want your business to achieve the first million, it requires a resolution. You must commitment day in and day out to achieve your dream. You must resolve to build your business even -- scratch that -- especially when, all the odds are against you. And when most people pick up their ball and go home, you must resolve to play harder and longer.

The first million can take years to come about; perhaps even a life time. The thing is you will never ever get there, unless you resolve to.

Most businesses fail because the entrepreneur decides to become successful but doesn’t resolve to be. Now is your chance to finally do it. Now is your chance to make the first million resolution.

I totally agree. I think this go hand by hand with setting goals. You need to resolute to do the first million, and you need to set yearly goals that will allow you to get there.

I think it’s very important to sit down at the beginning of every year and decide exactly what you want to achieve.

    Thanks for sharing!
