1. There Is No Such Thing As Superior – The moment you think you are inferior to someone, you are setting a mindset for insecurity. We are all humans, no one is better than anyone else - we are all simply going through different stages of experience.
2. Wear It On Your Sleeves- Share with people that you are lacking confidence. Listen to their positive responses and act on it. Make sure you avoid arguing your point for insecurity with them.
3. So What?– Lacking confidence... congratulations, you are human. Everyone lacks confidence. Even the people you think don't.
4. Stand Straight & Smile- The mind and body are in sync. If you slump your shoulders and frown, you will feel insecure. If you stand straight and smile, you can't help but feel confident.
5. Listen To Your Head – Pay close attention to your internal conversation. Intentionally change the words into your head to words of confidence.
