3. If It Isn't Funny, What Would Make It Funny?
If you can't find anything funny about the situation, what could happen to make it funny. The key here is that laughter is natures best way to release stress. You MUST laugh.
4. Is It Worth It?
Consider the cost of stress (hint: it's your health). Is stressing over this really worth the cost of your health.
5. Walk It Out
The other natural way to release stress (laughter being one) is to exercise. While you might not be able to jump into your gym close at the moment, you can also go for a walk.
