Chances are if a customer says they are not interested, they mean YOU are not interesting them. Ask the right questions to make them stop and think. Get THEIR appetite whet, and find an angle that interests what they are looking for.
3. Practice Presentations
Presentations are essential in convincing others of your business and why they should take notice in it. Videotape your presentations ahead of time at least three times and watch them. You will see very quickly what you need to work on and how to improve your speech.
4. Have A Story
Having a story gets people interested and gives them an feeling that helps relate to you as a person, not just a business. Have a great story to tell about how you got started, making your first sale or why you love it is what you are doing.
5. Confidence Breeds Confidence
The more confident you are, the more others around you will be. Always have confidence in what you say, dress the part and smile. Studies have shown that smiling increases the look of your confidence by up to 50%.
