    While I agree that Facebook (and almost everything else these days) is info-saturated, I would be weary about email as a communication mechanism. From friends to colleagues, people tell me they are drowning in their overcrowded in-boxes. Worse – I’ve heard friends resent other friends for sending info via email.

    Seriously, I do agree with you when it comes to bringing value. People love to get Free stuff, whether that is product samples, articles, tip & techniques or information.

    Your goal in Social networking is to bring value which will lead to building relationships which will then lead to customers, clients and/or referrals.

    You want your social media friends to get to KNOW YOU as a person and business. Once they feel comfortable and trust you as a person they are more likely to become a customer/client!

    Mike your videos get better and better. I love the humor touch. I am not a fan of FaceBook because of this reason. I feel like I am annoying my fans and just yelling. This is a huge tip and I will give it a try!
