    Great message regarding meetings about all “standing up.” That could be on the idea of all “Standing up ‘ for the cause of the meeting, Great stuff! Scott Gerber’s book sound interesting, I will be purchasing it at Amazon.

    Great Video as usual! The camera angles and editing are superb! Love the ‘stand up’ meetings idea too. I just came across this new tool, good for group meetings on the go (actually just downloaded it yesterday) and loving it for small group text conferences and calls as well.     From having an official-sounding announcer introduce you, to the flashes of personality in your presentation, and especially the fun bit you always put in your videos at the end.

    Mike, I have had stand up meetings. And it hasn’t even been in a meetin or conference room since people have knee jerk reactions to pick up a white board marker and draw unintelligible buzzword filled diagrams or the instinct to pull a chair and sit down.

    End of hallways are best. That way you are also incented not to talk too much since your group would be disturbing other office mates who are not in the stand up meeting but are working near the group.

    Hey, you should have titled this post “Board Meetings” — nice boarding skills Mike!

    For those of you who like the ‘standing up’ idea, I will share this more advanced technique…make anyone who rambles on or talks for more than 5 minutes stand on their left foot for the rest of the meeting.
    I like the end of hallway idea!
