Smartphones are key (especially with Evernote.com). I MUST add, the Livescribe.com pen is more magical than you can imagine, all your notes are instantly digital, can be shared, and ALL audio from meetings matching up with your notes are right there. From importing sketches to sharing entire presentations with a click or three. Also, it works with Evernote, so your brain is backed up too! http://www.Livescribe.com (I wish they paid me!)

I’d also recommend an iPad, in addition to iPhone… I was just reading about small businesses using iPad as a POS which means if you’re opening a retail store, you can save thousands of dollars by buying an iPad with a receipt printer, cash drawer, and an app of POS (yes, there’s an app for POS) instead of investing in an expensive POS software and hardware… Plus the benefits of mobility, space savings, and cool factor!

I saw that the smart phone takes up 15 of the 56 best gadgets for entrepreneurs, and I couldn’t agree more with the contributers.  iPhones and Android phones are great for quick emailing, schedule-updating, and research on the go.  Smart phones also make a fantastic GPS!

For me the best gadget is an iPad where you can do anything like surfing the net and other stuff but in my opinion the best gadget to use as an entrepreneur is depends on our needs. Like an android phone you can download different apps on it so that you can use it efficiently. Like Skype the best tool for me in communication where you can chat and at the same time video call for a cheap price.  At work where I cannot manage my time I downloaded this tool in my Pc that helps me tracks my time accurately on different task. Using this tool I can easily manage my time, I also set an amount of time to do each task so that I won’t waste time.
