    Most of the people think of good gr8 goals,but before they start anything ,they plan of spending a week at the “someday island”,someday i am gonna do this,someday i’m gonna lose 50 pounds,but doesn’t work for most of the people.Here a leader comes to rescue and makes sure that the followers are right on track all the time.A leader is really a person who makes more gr8 leader.

    Sometimes you need to stop and listen. Listen to what your team is good at, and listen to what they are not and work with them accordingly.

    Great topic for an article and some good differences noted by people – more interesting than the usual standard suggestions, I always think vision and empowerment are really good qualities to have.
