Working from home is a gift and a privilege!! When people ask what I do I used to hesitate not quite sure how to answer that but now I say I own two online businesses just like I was saying the title of a position for a large company. I have a college degree but I have learned more during my years as an online entrepreneur. It takes passion, drive, continual follow through and a positive never give up attitude along with a willingness to learn new things to keep up with the internet progressions. Take pride when you tell people what you do!!

What on earth is #29 smoking? It doesn’t even make sense!

I think they are trying to say other’s smoking frustrates them. Obviously not in the office, but I do know a lot of industrial parks where smoking is permitted and nonsmokers are exposed….

@Kendra, @Joni, and @Michael! I so agree, I wish I had put YOUR response as mine as well. I hate it when I work up a nice proposal, email and call the client with info, call to make sure they received it and then . . . it’s cricket time. . . . not a word, not a sound!! Please clients honor my efforts with two simple things: a quick thank you and tell me you want my product or you don’t. Don’t leave me guessing and give me the courtesy of a response EVEN if it is no.

      True. Cricket time… STINKS!

I would have to agree with the home office thing…..somehow no one takes that seriously and it is very hard to set boundaries. I find sticking headphones on – helps! Rachel

#5 is great – the buck stops here is the biggest problem. Mind you , that’s also the biggest asset because YOU Get to handle the problems the way you want them handled.
