Yeah, women have many strengths that small/medium businesses value. They multi-task well, they network well, they see things differently, etc. But these are all sweeping generalizations. Not every women multi-tasks, networks and see’s things different than men. Likewise, many men do these as well, if not better.

I think there are two things that can make this article more accurate.
1) You could change the title to reach, “Why Women Can Be Better Entrepreneurs Than Men”.
2) You could provide some quantifiable data that shows that women are indeed “better”, and by “better” I can only assume you mean “more successful”.

I mean, it’s a good post with some great insights, but it’s based on the fallacy of sweeping generalization, and doesn’t hold much water logically.

*note. nothing against the women mentioned here. I think you’re all great.

Multitasking is a myth! Firstly, you can’t multitask because you can only really focus on one thing at time. Psychologists have proved this. Secondly, when you try, you don’t do anything well.
Perhaps women are better at doing more poor jobs at once than men Kidding…

Women like to say that they are better at relationship building and that they can empathize better than men. But as I read their comments I feel depressed and start to feel so inferior. These women make an enemy of me rather than a friend. These women if they are really so superior at people skils should know that while they are glorifying themselves they are traring down their male readers. common sense should tell them that they should try to say sopmething positive about men if they want to have their friendship.Not one positive redeeming feature did these self adoring women give men credit for. Ladies you are making male enemies with your reluctantance to say anything positive about male euntrepuners.

One wonders if we men are so inferior to women why is it that women say men have dominated or surpressed them? How is it that the inferior has supressed the superior? If women are smarter than men then why didn’t they use their superior brains to keep themselves from being dominated by dumb males. If the proof is in the pud/ding test is applied to the question which gender is superior the male gender would win hands down, because males have out achieved women for centuries.

Do you sense the defenseiveness and anger I have towards these female supremicist? This is evidence that your people skills are not as great as you think unless making enemies is your goal.
