    Mike: I always get a good laugh out of your videos dude. GREAT advice!

    I recently put together a 53 page ebook interviewing top real estate bloggers (their methods and successes). My niche is Real Estate of course. Anyway, released it an in a week grew to 72 subscribers (not extremely high numbers, but numbers nonetheless).

    Anyway, I think it was an excellent exercise in list-building.
