Devices That Increase Productivity: My best piece of time-saving equipment is definately my blue-tooth headset. Why? Because it works with my cell phone and my office phone and it knows which one is ringing. I wear my bluetooth most of the day. When I leave the office and take my cell phone, it now knows that I am away from the office and works perfectly with my cell phone. As I arrive at my office, I hear a beep and it knows that my office phone is within distance. Whichever one rings, I can pick either up anywhere in my office.

On the morning I was to be shot for the cover of Celebrity Parent’s Magazine, I was on my way to the salon. 50. Don't Open It And Delete

Devices That Increase Productivity: One of my favorite and most efficient tools is my Blackberry. And the first rule of thumb is "Don't Answer it." I get all my calls at the end of the day. I can leave voicemails for people at night and still be responsive.

Next: Deleting. Go through all your 'easy' emails. Not the ones that take a lot of writing, but the ones that provide you information and you can then delete, or, merit a quick response.

But something that helps keep me productive is the Task pane you can click on and create tasks. Most people use notebooks but no matter where I go, if there is a computer I can access my tasks to include on my phone.

It has saved me many times and it is so simple. It isn't a tech device technically, but it is just as good.
