    Dime Fool But Dollar Wise!

The smallest change with biggest impact is to avoid being dime wise but dollar fool. Watch your dollars and not dimes. The golden rule is to identify the bigger holes and fix them first. A good example is negotiating an inexpensive office lease instead of changing the phone service because a new phone service provider is charging a few bucks less than your current provider OR bartering product or services with another business instead of spending cash. Such cost saving and bootstrapping tact can directly boost your bottom-line.
