About 8 months ago a Russian publishing house called Mann, Ivanov & Ferber reached out to me and asked to be the publisher of The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur in Russian.
They had to change the title, since (shockingly) Toilet Paper Entrepreneur doesn't translate into anything that makes sense in Russian. Shoot, it doesn't make sense in English either... until you read it.
Well, they changed the title, which loosely translates back to English, says "Start Up Without A Budget". That's why the cover is three little peas for dinner.
I am happy to say that TPE is becoming quite popular in Russia, and I even got this cool picture from Pavel Gubanov. He loves the TPE style and wishes more Russian books were written this way. Me personally? I wonder if all the F-Bombs made the translation. A big welcome to our fellow Russian TPEs.
TPEs rule!!!!
