    Hi Mike! Wow, it’s been almost a year since I met you at Counselors Academy in Lake Las Vegas and I haven’t been in touch. but here I am! This is such a great list. I’m bookmarking for later, but I thought I’d add one comment. I’m a big fan of Nordstrom so I agree with Melissa Galt but I’d also add it’s not a business model for everyone. 
    Not everyone wants a Nordstrom or wants to pay the premium so sometimes it doesn’t make sense. Sometimes we just want a Costco. So it depends on the product and the target market. But they do have customer experience nailed, i have to say.
