What great responses. If asked my own would be that women make great entrepreneurs because we have an inborn sense of curiosity and wonder...and for the most part we love to nourish things. As is "The growth of the Internet over the past 10-15 years has made it possible to do business via email at any time of day..." I would simply encourage women not to hide their information on a password protected, women's only site, when they have the entire internet as their artist canvas. That seems to be the trend, but it works against women and contributes to sexism. If men can't find you, they can't hire you! I have also found that women are better at combining their business with philanthropy than men; perhaps its because we see ourselves as PART of a larger society and want to make a bigger impact than our own pocketbooks alone.
