Went to a client meeting once with a colleague and I'm afraid I gave my poor friend a heart attack - he had on a suit and tie and I showed up wearing jeans and a tie-dye tee. In fairness, it my conservative meeting tie-die. (My hair was blue, but I had warned him about that beforehand.)

Now I know I wasn't being a slacker. Just dressing my brand, man...har!

You know how the "mullet" is called all business in the front and party in the back? Well my entrepreneur costme is kinda like that. What I wear when meeting cleints, speaking before groups, or just out and about is a balance between business traditional and funky fun. I might wear a pair of slacks with a jacket--but have on that loud shirt with pink flamingos. Or a simple dress accented with a loud green palm tree scarf or some fabulous "cocktail" earrings. I totally agree-dress for the part!
