Why It Matters: I ate at an In-N-Out Burger on Monday, and yes it tastes better. But I still went to a McDonalds in my rush through the airport last night. You can lead on quality, but you can also lead in convenience or even in price. Both In-N-Out and McDonalds are winning.

This blog also had the list of top 5 movies. If your employees think that “Office Space” is funny after working at your company, you are doing something wrong.
My wife doesn’t understand that movie and doesn’t think its funny… good for her. I love that movie and I have been there… bad for me. LOL.

On the front page of an issue of Wall Street Journal this week there was an image showing 1000 people in line to apply for 35 jobs at the Miami Fire Department. It is quite sad to see that and puts reality of things into perspective.
