Great advice and a terrific example with McDonalds. Entrepreneurs should pay particular attention to the processes that will create their advantage thereby making the benefits they offer their customers hard to copy (or, if they’re competing on price, their lower cost position hard to copy). And consider outsourcing any process that is not part of your distinct uniqueness. It will save you time and allow you to focus on that which does make your company uniquely valuable to your customers.
