Now if you believe they are so talented that you simply cannot afford to lose them, the best course of action will be to sit down with them and find out what the issue is. Perhaps you can help somehow. I read about mediation here, that may not be a bad solution. I will certainly consider that. Ignoring a problem will not make them go away. That is the first lesson you learn in life.</description>
