If I may suggest, I recommend you to try to get a written commitment (on paper or e-mail) rather than just a verbal one. Indeed, a lot of behavioral science studies have shown that written commitments were the most powerful ones.

When I first read about this, I understood why so many succesfull people often recommend to &quot;write down on paper&quot; your goals.

There is a greatlife changing book on the subject written by Robert Cialdini called: Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion.</description>
