Mike: as a TPE who’s business is service oriented i really, *really* enjoyed this video and found it to be very helpful! So, I tip my hat to you sir and say “Thank You!”

@Ricardo – thanks for the feedback! And you are very welcome, sir. Hey… how did you like the second camera. Did it add to the video and give it more life, or does it distract too much.

Thanks, this is an issue I have been struggling with and trying to address. I started out at the Walmart pricing but have based on research and as my business and confidence in my own service has grown I have moved more to the Mercedes, quality pricing structure. In my arena Best Buy’s Geek Squad is my most prolific and well known competitor, having their prices and services well published helps me gear mine to a more consumer friendly level but as a smaller business I can be more proactive and provide a better turnaround and therefore happier clients.
On the new format, not liking the spycam or the advert at the end (I presume these are TFM member spots?) I think they detract from the cool content that you share with us.
Thanks as always.
Chris

Mike – great straightforward advice that is applicable to all levels of business experience levels — and to answer your question: bring on some guests that you can brain drain and roll new ideas our even more powerfully. Gil

Mike ~
The whole time I was watching the video, I kept thinking that something dramatic was gonna happen (you never know with you LOL) or that there was an issue with your feed.
So, I guess it was a bit distracting, than not…

Also,
Where do I go to upload an image so that I don’t have that boring little grey icon )
Talk about being late to respond! (Better late than never eh?) Dude, I think you pretty much rock out all of your videos. Love that you have a sense of humor. So to answer your question, no I don’t think that the second camera is distracting at all. I think it’s kinda fun to tell you the truth! Whoever is rockin’ out the editing on your videos is doing an awesome job! (You should buy him/her dinner in fact. And if it’s you editing them, well, then get yourself something nice, hehe…).

Ha! Thanks Ricardo. The editor is sometimes the wifey – she has a knack for that thing. So yes it has cost me many a dinner.
