Niches are great as long as you are solving a problem with it. You must fulfill the need of enough people to succeed. If your niche finds a cross section between need and convenience, you have gold. I, myself, love niches. All products started as a niche product. Back in the days of the first mobile phones (remember the brick phones), it was a niche which is no longer. I agree with Mike, you can become too Nicheie. But, if you have a great idea, a plan for delivery, and marketing to define the need...back it with some great service and you have Niche gold!

Niche! Niche! Niche! But you can be too niche, too. Use the Focus 5 Strategy and you will be sitting in the perfect position.
