It works in reverse also: when calling any customer service department about an issue with a product or service, consider how folks tend to speak to them on a daily basis. It can&#039;t be easy to manage so many personalities every day. Be nice going in, and generally you&#039;ll get what you set out to accomplish with the phone call.</description>
