This is a great list, and ties in with a general theme I see all the time with "would be" business owners.

Many people never take that first step in starting their busienss becuase they feel like something isn't right or are waiting for something more perfect. They think that everything has to be in alignment and "just right" in order to startup. So they wait, wait for more time, wait for a better idea, wait for a less risky entry, wait for perfection...which as we all know never comes.

People should stop making excuses. Everyone should find ways to create their own income and not just rely on being an employee for the rest of their lives. Owning your own business is a great learning experience and rewarding.

I always get a kick out of sites that list the biggest problem that new entrepreneurs have, is 'under- capitalization'-- Of course there's not enough money, if there was lots of money flowing into your business idea/method, it wouldn't be unique and/or a good opportunity anyway.

You forgot the one I struggle with.

"It's too complicated."

I start getting overwhelmed by starting a business because I tend to get bogged down in the details. Registering, what type of company (LLC, Corps, etc), taxes, keeping records.
