I agree with the music with no vocals part, as well as the plant. The plant idea reminded me of Catholic elementary school, where there were a few plants in every classroom. For instance: by 10am I will have this, this, and this done! Then I reward myself for coffee and a ten minute break doing something I enjoy like reading the news, stalking my Facebook friends,(haha)etc. I also suggest Rolling stones for music :) They really get me in the zone!
